
Kyra Weeks is a first generation Liberian-American actor and writer originally from Michigan. Most recently, she finished work in a recurring role on the upcoming season of the political drama The Oval (BET) and can be seen in the comedic short Fufu and Soup (screened at American Black Film Festival and Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival). Coming up, she will appear opposite Lena Headey in the independent feature Divine Blood and is the lead in The Braid (ColorCreative produced short).
She can also be seen on HBO's Succession and NBC's The Blacklist. Other credits include The Last O.G. (TBS) opposite J.B. Smoove and Tracy Morgan, Swiped (Hulu), and the rom-com The Wedding in the Hamptons (Peacock).
She is a graduate of Harvard University and the acting conservatory program at the William Esper Studio in New York City. She is represented by Framework Entertainment.
